Mocktail Recipes to Get The Goodtimes Rolling!


Summer is quickly fading away, and so are the chances to host a backyard party. That means that you should take advantage of all the good weather that we have left! Want to impress your guests? Here are a few Mocktail recipes that will quench your guests thirst and leave them wanting more!


Shirley Ginger

Shirely Temples are so last year. Spoil your guests with delicious Shirley Temple Mocktails! We guarantee they’ll love them.


  • 4 cups Ginger Beer
  • 1 cup club soda or seltzer water
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • A splash of grenadine
  • Lime 
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Ice


Pour ginger beer, club soda, lime juice, and grenadine into a pitcher and stir. Pour mixture into tall glasses with ice. Add lime rounds or cherries!

Watermelon Margarita

What screams warm weather parties more than watermelon? Watermelon Margaritas! These mocktails are delicious, simple to make, and will leave your guests asking for seconds!


  • 1 medium seedless chunks of watermelon
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 tsp agave
  • 5 tbsp sparking water


Puree watermelon in a blender. Add lime juice and agave, then continue to mix. Pour into cups and top off with sparkling water! 

 Rainbow Coconut Water Mocktail

Coconut water is more popular than ever, so why not offer your guests a Fruit Coconut Water Mocktail at your backyard party? This drink is easy to make, refreshing, and can be customized based on the fruit you want to put in it!


  • Assorted fruit
  • Lime slices
  • Fresh mint
  • 2 cups coconut water 
  • 1 cup flavored seltzer (coconut or vanilla)


Fill glasses with ice and add fruit. Add coconut water and seltzer. Serve with extra mint! 

Mango Mule

Want to serve a signature mocktail at your backyard party? The Mango Mule is the perfect replacement for a Moscow Mule and it will make your guests smile just as much!


  • 5 slices of Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp honey 
  • 3 tbsp mango puree
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 tbsp ginger beer
  • Ice


Crush cucumber and honey in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add mango puree and lime juice. Shake, shake, shake! Stir into a Goodtimes class, top with ginger beer, and enjoy! 

Blueberry Mojito

Everyone loves a good Mojito. This Blueberry Mocktail Mojito is full of flavor without the hangover!


  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • Handful of fresh blueberries
  • 2 oz of lime juice
  • 2 oz of simple syrup
  • Splash of club soda


Lightly crush blueberries in the bottom of the cup. Add all of the above listed ingredients and ice to a shaker. Shake and serve!
